Happy Birthday Baby

Lev is 1 years old. Can you believe it? Its been an incredible year. Thanks or being such a sweet, fun, loving, interested, focused, clever Lever. You are the best baby and we love you to pieces.

Beach Bum

Lev just got back from a week vacation to St. John. He became best buds with Nico - they would hold eachothers hands while sharing the back seat in their respective car seats, they would feed eachother Cheerios, share sippy cups interchangeably, have dance parties, and if Nico was taking a nap - Lev was bored and cagey. Besides spending quality time with is Besty, Lev also got to know the BEACH. Playing in the sand never got old, the water grew on him as long as it was warm, waveless, and he was being held tightly. And the birds at the beach captivated him. We got close and personal to a particular pelican that Lev was so enamoured with he made his own sign language for every time he saw him fly by and dove for fish in the water. It looks like he sign we would make for a wave = I think he's signing for flying. After the pelican, any bird he saw excited him (chickens, sea gulls, you name it). Very cute. And look at that tan!

Keys

Lev is so smart. He grabbed my keys and brought them to the door, stood up in attempt to bring them to the key hole, so that the door could be opened. Very observant! He also tries to put lids on open bottles and dump toys back in their bin. Very organized boy.

Sticky Gummies

Lev is obsessed with the sticky gummies he got for Easter from Grandma Laura and Grandpa Joe.
